Frequently Asked Questions Related to Our Return Policy

Can I return my purchased item for exchange or refund?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will refund your money or send you a replacement item. If you do receive a damaged order please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Notification of a damaged order after five days of receipt of your order will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any other reason. Hygiene and sanitation are very important to us and the nature of skin care products is such that we can not accept them back or exchange them once they have been shipped to you. 

What if I made a mistake on my order?

Once placed, an order cannot be changed or revised. Please review all orders carefully as once the order is complete it is considered final and no revisions can be made to the order for any reason.

What happens if I receive a broken or defective item?

Our customers rarely receive faulty items however items may get damaged in transit or during the manufacturing process. We are extremely sorry when this happens to any customer. Please file your claim within 5 days of receiving your order and we will refund your money. Email your claim to us at help@qwezibeauty.com. Please include your full name, order number, and pictures of the item with close-ups of the damage. Our representative will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the matter. We are happy to offer a replacement for the item if you wish. However, we cannot trade out the item for a different item. 

What options do I have if I receive an item I didn’t order?

Email us at help@qwezibeauty.com and we will investigate. Any orders that are shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part will be refunded or replaced. Please include the order number, pictures of the item you received, and your full name in your email. Our representative will get in touch with you to resolve the matter.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We process refunds within 5-7 business days of the resolution of the issue with customer service. Public holidays and weekends may delay the process and you may have to wait up to 14 business days to receive a refund.

Is it possible to get the shipping fee back?

Unfortunately, we do not include the original shipping fee when issuing a refund. Shipping charges are always non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our part.
