Shipping policy

Except for out of stock items, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

From time to time, there may be unforeseen delays. For order delays in preparing or shipping lasting longer than 3 days, communication will be sent to the customer regarding the same.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges depend on your location and the delivery method chosen for your order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Local Delivery


Local delivery is available for orders within the Kampala, Uganda metropolitan area for a fee of UGX5,000 (~$1.33). Deliveries will be made within 2-3 hours if order is placed between 7am and 5pm local time.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our retail partners listed below. More retail partners will be added over time. Check back regularly.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries, except for the following countries: North Korea, Russia, Belarus. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Raintree Farms, inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@qwezibeauty.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is discouraged at this time, based on carrier delivery policies. We recommend delivery to a physical office or home address.
